Pulled pork sandwiches with coleslaw
Pulled pork sandwiches are so yummy! I made these a while ago and they were a hit.
I found this recipe at http://allrecipes.com/Recipe/BBQ-Pork-for-Sandwiches/Detail.aspx?evt19=1

Ingredients:
3 pound boneless pork shoulder cut
2 packs of buns
coleslaw and dressing
this recipe calls for 1 can of beef broth
I made my own broth with beef bouillon and water. I used the paste, the ratio to this was 1 tsp to 8 oz. boiling water. I used 1.5 tsp to 10.5 oz water. Then I added the broth into the crock pot followed by the pork. Let this cook for 5.5 hours and then shred the meat.
Bon appetit

Once I shredded the meat, I took out some of the broth mix and put the meat back into the pot and added BBQ sauce. I put this on simmer for 20 minutes

While this is cooking, I combined the coleslaw and dressing mix. I poured the cabbage a little at a time with the sauce over.
Bon appetit
