Scrambled eggs

Here is a quick and easy breakfast recipe. I whipped this up using what was left in my fridge, you can add anything you want!

I used green onions, a touch of onions, yellow and green bell peppers, eggs, milk, jalapenos and leftover ground beef

Directions

First, brew a cup of coffee.. kidding only if you want to!

Since I had leftover ground beef and onions already cut up and cooked, I added this to the skillet on medium low heat to warm them up. Next, I chopped up the rest of the vegetables besides the jalapeno, that was from a jar.  I added the veggies right before the eggs.





Crack the eggs into a separate bowl, if you like your eggs fluffy you can add a touch of milk. Whisk together until all the milk and eggs look mixed well. Next, add the eggs to the skillet, letting this cook for a few minutes.
