Homemade lavender neck wraps
I decided to try a new project, lavender neck wraps.
I went to Joann's fabric store and found patterns that were simple enough but had some pattern. I tried to customize the size to whom I was giving the gift to. I didn't take many photos during this project.
For the filling, I bought lavender oil and long white rice. I filled the wrap with the rice about half way to estimate how full they should be. I added 5-8 drops of lavender to what size the wrap was, and I let that soak for a night or two continuously shaking the bag. Here is one of the finished wraps I made, I attached a note explaining what the gift was and how to use it. This was a great and inexpensive gift.
