Roasted Whole Chicken and vegetables

One of last weeks meals I enjoyed!

1 whole chicken
1 bag of carrots
1-2 onions
3 russet potatoes 
garlic
salt
butter
Directions

First, I preheated my oven to 350 degrees, while that was preheating I cleaned out the chicken.

Next, I cut up the potates and onions. When the oven was ready, I put the chicken into a clear glass pan and added the potatoes, onions and baby carrots.


Next, I added 2-3 Tbs of butter onto the chicken to cook and garlic onto the vegetables with a little bit of salt.

I let this cook for about an hour and a half. I served with a side salad.
